Uncle Daddy and The Playful Pets

A Port Townsend favorite, Uncle Daddy and The Playful Pets are a heart-throbbin’, heartbreakin’ honky tonk band bringing country songs from decades past to present day favorites. Get ready for classic sounds, big feelings, and a whole lot of toe-tappin’ charm.

Chloroform Rags

Straight out of Port Townsend High School, Chloroform Rags is a high-energy punk band blending ska, folk, and rock influences. Made up of Ben Shafer, CJ Fisher, Sol Kennedy, and Zeke Banks, they deliver original songs and creative covers that will blow your mind.

Variety Hour

Hosted by Bobby4Bobby, The Country Queers Variety Hour is a vibrant mix of drag, storytelling, music, and more. This eclectic showcase celebrates rural queer artistry and features a rotating cast of incredible local performers.

SHONGEDZAI

A Port Townsend vocalist and artist sharing soulful, southern-inspired melodies in the PNW. Drawing on their Shona name and heritage, they bring a powerful ancestral presence and emotional depth to every performance.

Drag Extravaganza

Featuring Vertigo alongside Count Orelock, Mik Monet, and Jay Tyranny, the Drag Extravaganza is a high-energy showcase of bold looks, big personalities, and unforgettable performances celebrating the art of drag.

2026 Shirt Design

Artist: Shannon Kidd

Shannon is an illustrator turned designer, turned organic farmer, turned educator currently living on Salish land in Washington State. Their work is inspired by the natural world, fantasy, community, and the liminal spaces we move through every day. At the heart of everything they do is a love for collaboration and creating playful, engaging spaces, whether working with students or clients.

You can catch Shannon at their booth at Port Townsend Pride this year, bringing that same creativity and joyful energy to the celebration.

We are honored to welcome these incredible speakers to our Pride celebration. We are deeply grateful for their voices, their work, and their commitment to uplifting 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

Martha Trolin

Martha Jo Trolin, MPA, has worked by choice in the nonprofit world for more than 40 years, with a focus on equity, public health, and community resilience. Her work includes helping create New Mexico’s rural continuum of care for people with HIV and supporting early civil rights legislation inclusive of GLBT people. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to expanding access, sharing knowledge, and strengthening communities through collaborative leadership.

Marsha Botzer

Marsha Botzer has served 2SLGBTQIA+ and progressive communities for more than 50 years. A founder of Seattle’s internationally recognized Ingersoll Gender Center, she has been a leading voice in civil rights, health equity, and trans advocacy at both local and national levels. Her decades of work span community organizing, policy, and coalition building, with a deep commitment to justice and dignity for all people. Her remarks will reflect on history, hope, past struggles and victories, and the ongoing work to support and defend trans communities.

Mayor Amy Howard

Amy Howard is the Mayor of Port Townsend and Manager of Volunteer Engagement at Habitat for Humanity of East Jefferson County. She has been actively involved with nonprofits in the community since 2000 and brings a long history of local leadership and service.

A longtime supporter of local Pride celebrations, Amy has participated for years by representing Habitat for Humanity with a community booth. As Mayor, she will present the City of Port Townsend’s official Pride Month Proclamation, recognizing the history, resilience, and contributions of 2SLGBTQIA+ people in the community.
