The Production Alliance, in partnership with Jefferson County, will host the Connectivity Summit. A multi-day gathering designed to spark collaboration, strengthen relationships, and imagine a thriving, connected future together.
The Summit brings together schools, businesses, community organizations, government agencies, and residents for an immersive weekend. Through workshops, conversations, performances, shared meals, and hands-on experiences, participants will explore pressing topics, exchange ideas, and build meaningful networks across sectors and generations.
Join us! All are welcome.
This event is FREE for all to participate.

“It made me so happy to see so many Organizations step up and be involved! I grew up in Port Townsend but have felt out of touch with what the youth's interests are and what support they need. I walked away with a better understanding.”

FAQs
1. Is the event open to the general public? Yes! Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday is open to the general public. Friday (3/27) during the day is specifically for high schoolers in Jefferson County. Organizations that are interested in participating in Friday’s youth engagement need to indicate they have youth opportunities when registering.
2. Is this event free? Yes, this event is free for organizations and the general public. Meals will be provided at a cost. More on that below!
3. Who needs to register? Every organization should register, regardless of if they’ll have a physical presence at the event. The deadline is Feb. 20th. General participants do not need to register.
4. What do I get when I register? By signing up, your organizational information will be featured in our Directory which will be shared as a community resource online and in press. This information will be displayed at the event. You do not need to have a physical presence to benefit from this. We encourage you to send organizational representatives to participate in networking activities and workshops throughout the weekend. In addition, you can apply to host an exhibit or workshop via the application form.
5. I heard there isn’t tabling at the event. Is that true? You heard right, we aren't doing formal tabling this year. We are focusing on interactive/experiential elements instead. In lieu of traditional tabling, we’ll have tables along the edge of the space where your organization's name will be displayed on a 8.5 x 11” placard. Additional materials (business cards, sign-up sheets) can be displayed. Participants can walk around the room "gallery-style," but there won't be space for you to stand behind the table.
6. I want to engage with participants. How can I do that? There are multiple pathways for your organization to participate beyond being featured in the Directory. They are as follows: You can host an interactive exhibit on Saturday morning at Fort Worden Commons. This will be set-up in lieu of tabling. These activities will take place in a lively, boisterous atmosphere. We are seeking dynamic, immerse, and experiential experiences that “show, don’t tell” your organization. You can host a workshop on Saturday afternoon at Fort Worden Commons. These activities will take place in a quieter, intimate space. This could be a workshop, training, dialogue, or other experience. You can host a gift-making/craft experience on Saturday evening at the Fairgrounds. If you're interested in any of these, please submit your proposals when you register your organization on the TPA website. We cannot accommodate all proposals due to spacing and timing constraints. Preference will be given to activities that are hosted by multiple organizations.
7. How do I register? There’s one registration form listed on the website. Please register there. We understand Google Forms may be difficult for some. If you have any questions or difficulties registering, please email connectivity@theproductionalliance.org.
8. How do I become a sponsor? You can become a sponsor by signing up on our website! We can’t host this event without your support. Sponsorship benefits are listed on the Sponsorship tab. If you want to share more information about your organization, you’re encouraged to place an ad in our Directory.
9. What’s the food situation? Throughout the day, there will be “Brain Food” available (i.e., light snacks, refreshments) to keep you powered up! In addition, Planted is catering lunch and brunch on Friday and Saturday. Aaron Stark is catering dinner on Saturday night at the Fairgrounds. Please RSVP on our website so we have an accurate headcount! We’ll reach out to you in the coming weeks to confirm your order and dietary restrictions.
10. How do I become a volunteer? You can register to become a volunteer on our website!
