Daniel Milholland

Founder & Executive Director
Daniel Milholland serves as the co-founder and Executive Director of The Production Alliance. A lifelong Jefferson County resident, Daniel a team of his collaborators and mentors created The Production Alliance in 2019 with the belief that community is built through shared experiences and that thoughtfully produced events can strengthen relationships, celebrate local culture, and inspire positive change. Under his leadership, the organization has grown into one of the region's leading producers of community events, partnerships, and civic initiatives, serving thousands of residents each year through programs that celebrate the Olympic Peninsula's people, history, and landscapes.

As a community producer, facilitator, and entrepreneur, Daniel is passionate about bringing people together across sectors to solve problems, spark new ideas, and create opportunities for collaboration. He has helped launch and lead initiatives including the Cake Picnic, Jefferson County Farm Tour, Preparedness Day, Airport Day, Port Townsend Chautauqua, the Connectivity Summit, and numerous other cultural, educational, and community resilience programs. His work is guided by a belief that creativity, celebration, and relationship-building are essential tools for creating healthy, resilient communities. Through The Production Alliance, Daniel continues to cultivate partnerships that empower local leaders, support emerging talent, and strengthen the social fabric of rural communities across the Olympic Peninsula.


Elias Chambers

Operations
Elias Chambers is an event production professional with The Production Alliance, where he helps bring community events to life through hands-on production support, logistics, and operations. Working behind the scenes, Elias contributes to the planning and execution of programs that connect people through creativity, collaboration, and a strong sense of place. His work supports a wide range of community initiatives, helping ensure that events run smoothly from setup through completion.

Kerri Kitaji

Event Coordinator
Kerri Kitaji serves as an Event Coordinator with The Production Alliance, where she leads the production of Port Townsend Pride, First Night, and the Harvest Festival. She also manages The Production Alliance's social media presence, sharing the stories behind the people, partnerships, and celebrations that strengthen communities across the Olympic Peninsula. Kerri has a passion for creating joyful, inclusive experiences that invite people of all ages to gather, celebrate, and build lasting connections.

With an eye for creativity and community engagement, Kerri brings together artists, volunteers, nonprofits, businesses, and local partners to produce events that reflect the unique character of Jefferson County. Reilly Berkshire

Event Coordinator
Reilly Berkshire serves as an Event Coordinator for The Production Alliance, overseeing the planning and execution of the Connectivity Summit, Preparedness Day, and the Jefferson County Farm Tour. Specializing in large-scale collaboration, Reilly works across sectors to coordinate complex projects that bring together government agencies, nonprofits, businesses, educational institutions, and community organizations around shared goals and lasting partnerships.

Known for her strategic thinking, steady leadership, and exceptional organizational skills, Reilly excels at managing the intricate logistics behind ambitious community initiatives. From coordinating stakeholder relationships and volunteer teams to guiding event operations from concept through implementation, she helps create programs that strengthen community resilience, celebrate local agriculture, and foster meaningful collaboration. Ana Gonzalez

Marketing Director
Ana Gonzalez serves as Marketing Director for The Production Alliance, where she helps transform ambitious community ideas into meaningful action. Working at the intersection of communications, creative production, and organizational coordination, Ana leads marketing, branding, and public engagement efforts that bring The Production Alliance's programs and events to life. She collaborates with staff, volunteers, community partners, businesses, and public agencies to create compelling stories, strengthen partnerships, and inspire participation in community celebrations across Jefferson County.

Caraway Tobin

Tech Director
Caraway Tobin serves as Technical Director for The Production Alliance, where he oversees the technical production that brings community events to life. From sound, lighting, staging, and power distribution to site infrastructure and production logistics, Caraway ensures that every event is built on a safe, reliable, and professional technical foundation. He also created and manages The Production Alliance's Emerging Artists Program, providing mentorship, hands-on experience, and opportunities for the next generation of event producers, technicians, performers, and creative leaders to develop their skills through real-world community events.
Known for his calm demeanor, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to cultivating new talent, Caraway is an indispensable member of The Production Alliance team. He works closely with event staff, artists, vendors, volunteers, and production crews to transform parks, fairgrounds, streets, and public spaces into vibrant gathering places for community celebration. Whether mentoring emerging producers or leading complex technical operations behind the scenes, Caraway's work reflects The Production Alliance's mission of connecting people through creativity and collaboration while fostering a strong sense of place across the Olympic Peninsula.
Thomas Wolinski

Operations Crew
Thomas Wolinski is a member of The Production Alliance's Technical Support and Operations Crew, where he helps ensure that community events are built on a dependable foundation of technical expertise and hands-on support.
From event setup and breakdown to staging, equipment management, and on-site logistics, Thomas plays an important role in creating safe, efficient, and welcoming environments for performers, volunteers, vendors, and attendees alike. Outside of his production work, Thomas is also a talented local DJ, performing throughout the region under the stage name DJ Adaptogen, bringing his passion for music and community to dance floors and celebrations across the West Coast.
