The Production Alliance is seeking volunteers to support Port Townsend Pride!
This is a fun, short-term opportunity to be part of a vibrant community celebration while helping create a welcoming, inclusive, and joyful experience for all attendees.

Volunteer Roles
Vendon Landing:
Vendors check in, helping them find their spot and passing out flags, handing sponsorship banners.
Vendor Support Tear Down:
Help take tents down, clear space.

Green Room Set Up:
Set up tables, and spaces for our performers!
Green Room Support: Support the green room lead with performer area

Green Room Tear Down:
Time to break down the room!

Welcome Greeters:
Taking money, Give Programs, Running Cards, Putting Bracelets

Kid Zone Set up:
Let's make the space fun and ready!
Kid Zone Helpers:
Assistance for the kids to have a fun time! ​
Sensory Zone Set up:
​Help us set up the Sensory Zone in the Cotton Building
Sensory Zone Helper:
Help Sensory Zone run smoothly in Cotton Building​
Sensory Zone Tear Down: Help clean up the cotton building

Trash Set up:
Set up trash cans and place bags
Trash Monitor:
Make runs to check trash cans are not full and if so replace the bag
Trash Monitor Breakdown:
Last run for cleaning! Let's make it look like anything happened.
TPA HQ/WELCOME BOOTH
Set up & Support:
Set up booth, tables, merch in place and make sales when people arrives.
Support:
Making sales and answering questions.
Tear Down:
Breakdown space and merch away.
