Join us for a fun, short-term opportunity to be part of a vibrant community celebration while helping create a welcoming, inclusive, and joyful experience for all attendees. As a thank you, all volunteers will receive a meal voucher or a Pride shirt.

Volunteer Roles
Vendor Support
Vendor Landing
Welcome vendors as they arrive, help them check in, find their assigned space, and distribute flags and sponsorship banners.
Vendor Support Tear Down
Help vendors and event staff take down tents, pack up materials, and clear the area at the end of the event.

Green Room (Performer Support)
Green Room Set Up
Prepare the performer green room by setting up tables, chairs, refreshments, and other essentials to create a welcoming backstage space.
Green Room Support
Assist the Green Room Lead with supporting performers and keeping the backstage area organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
Green Room Tear Down
Help clean up and break down the green room after performances have wrapped up.

Welcome & Guest Services
Welcome Greeters
Welcome attendees at the entrance, hand out programs, process payments, run cards, and put on wristbands.
TPA HQ / Welcome Booth – Set Up & Support
Set up the booth, organize tables and merchandise, and help prepare the space for welcoming guests and making sales.
TPA HQ / Welcome Booth – Support
Assist with merchandise sales, answer questions, and serve as a friendly, informative point of contact for attendees.
TPA HQ / Welcome Booth – Tear Down
Pack up merchandise, break down the booth, and help clear the space at the end of the event.

Security
Beer Garden
Support the entrance to the beer garden by checking IDs and helping ensure that everyone entering is 21 or older.
​
Kid Zone
Kid Zone Set Up
Help create a fun, welcoming, and activity-ready space for children and families.
Kid Zone Helpers
Assist with activities and help make sure kids and families have a fun, safe, and engaging experience.

Sensory Zone
Sensory Zone Set Up
Help prepare the Sensory Zone inside the Cotton Building by setting up a calm, welcoming space with all needed materials.
Sensory Zone Helper
Support the Sensory Zone by helping maintain a peaceful environment and assisting guests who need a low-stimulation space.
Sensory Zone Tear Down
Help clean up and restore the Cotton Building after the Sensory Zone closes.

Event Operations
Trash Set Up
Place trash cans throughout the event area and ensure all bins are lined and ready for use.
Trash Monitor
Check trash and recycling bins throughout the event and replace bags as needed to keep the space clean.
Trash Monitor Breakdown
Do a final sweep of the event area, empty remaining trash, and help leave the space clean and better than we found it.
